Important Stuff
Your friend must be a new client. Credit cannot be applied to online bookings, so they need to contact me via the usual links to make their appointment and mention you. After their first visit your credit will be applied to your account and can also only be redeemed when paying in person. Credit can only be redeemed against treatments and must be used within 6 months. There's no minimum spend required and no limit to the number of friends you can recommend. Each £10 reward can only be applied once per appointment. Credit cannot be shared or transferred to another client's account. Credit cannot be used in conjunction with Gift Vouchers, Loyalty Points, or any other discount or promotional offer.

My way of thanking you for your continued support, the Loyalty Programme allows you to collect points when you spend, then redeem them against treatments each month.
Important Stuff
£1 earns you 1 point and 45 points equates to £1 redemption. Points can be earned from treatment, course and product payments. They may only be redeemed against treatments. The maximum amount that can be redeemed per transaction is £100 (4500 points). Redemption is limited to one transaction per month. You can view your balance online by logging in to the booking site, but points can only be applied in clinic and can't be used for online payments. Points must be redeemed through the client account they have been collected on, and cannot be shared or transferred between accounts. A client's points will only update after a transaction is complete, therefore it is not possible to earn new points and redeem them in the same transaction. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Points cannot be used in conjunction with Gift Vouchers, or any other discount or promotional offer.
