APPOINTMENTS
I will carry out all appointments. I am qualified up to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy and certified and insured for all treatments offered at the clinic.

Voicemails, emails and messages will be responded to as soon as possible. Please be aware that an appointment will not be booked in until I have confirmed the date and time with you.
​
Appointment timings may vary. If you need to leave by a certain time, please inform me before your appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice in case I need to amend the services you’ve booked.
​
If you are attending the clinic for a skin consultation or facial, please remove your makeup prior to your arrival. This allows me to make the most of your appointment time.
​
There is no waiting area in the clinic. If you are early, please expect to wait outside and I kindly ask you not to knock until your appointment time as I may be finishing another client’s treatment.
​
BOOKING FEE
All appointments made through me must be secured with a 50% booking fee. The remainder of the treatment value will be payable on the day of your appointment by cash, card, bank transfer or payment link. You can choose to carry over your fee as credit (and add to it if your next appointment has a higher value) or pay a new fee for each new appointment.

All online bookings must be paid in full.
If you have paid for a course of treatments, you will not be required to pay anything in advance when you book. However, please see below for information on how cancellations will affect your course.
​
If you plan to use a gift voucher at your appointment, you can enter the code at the payment stage online. You won't need to pay a separate booking fee but in the case of a last minute cancellation, the voucher will be treated as cash and the relevant amount will be deducted.
​
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling, in order to have your booking fee or online payment refunded or carried over to your next appointment. If you fail to provide the required notice, your payment will not be refunded and a new payment will be required to secure any future appointments.

If you make changes to your appointment without providing 24 hours' notice, or after your arrival (including removing services in order to finish by a certain time), which would reduce the overall value of your appointment, you will still be charged the full value of the original appointment.
​
If you do not show up for your appointment, it will be treated as a last minute cancellation.
​
If you have paid for a course of treatments and fail to provide 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling, one treatment will be forfeited from your course.
​
I reserve the right to cancel or rearrange appointments at any time but will always endeavour to contact you at least 24 hours prior. If a situation should arise in which I need to cancel your appointment last minute, I will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment at the earliest opportunity. If it is not possible to find an alternative time that suits you, I will be happy to refund your payment.

LATENESS
I appreciate that lateness is sometimes out of your control, but it may mean your treatment will be shortened and the full appointment value will still apply (or your course session will still be deducted). If I'm not left with enough time to perform your treatment that day, it will be treated as a last minute cancellation and your booking fee or online payment will not be refunded, as per the cancellation policy. I'll happily rearrange your appointment and will need to take a new payment. I will always do my best to accommodate you on the same day so please contact me if you know you're running late.

If I should run late for any reason, I will attempt to contact you to advise a later start time. There may be situations where you will have a short wait outside the clinic, but you will still receive your full appointment time.
​
COURSES
All Sabel Walker treatments are available to purchase as a course, whereby you pay in full for 5 sessions and receive a 6th free. Once you have paid, the course will be assigned to your account. You may continue to book your appointments as usual and one session will be deducted at each visit. Courses can be purchased online (where they may also be referred to as “Passes”), via phone, email, message or in person. Once purchased, if you would like to book your treatment online, be sure to select the “Use Pass” option to avoid paying the default advance payment.

Your course must be used within 12 months. After this time, any remaining treatments will become void and cannot be redeemed. Courses are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Courses are already discounted, therefore they cannot be purchased in conjunction with any discount or promotional offer (unless otherwise stated in the discount or offer T&Cs).

PATCH TESTING
New clients must have a patch test at least 24 hours prior to a tinting treatment.
​
REFUSAL OF TREATMENT
I reserve the right to refuse treatment should I deem it inappropriate for any reason. My decision is final in this regard.

CONSENTING TO TREATMENT
You will be required to sign a consent form prior to your treatment. This document is evidence that you have agreed to proceed with the treatment, that you have provided all necessary medical information and that you understand all potential outcomes. You may request to review the consent form before your appointment.
​
PHOTOGRAPHIC CONSENT
I may take photos before, during and after treatments (excluding treatments on intimate areas) and homecare plans. This helps me see how things are going and make adjustments if necessary, and allows you to see comparisons and improvements. I may post these on my website and social media platforms. You must inform me if you do not wish to give permission to post your photos.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are sent to you or the recipient via email and can be purchased for any monetary value, with a minimum of £15. They can be set up and paid for in person or you can call, email or message me with your gift voucher request. Vouchers may be redeemed against any treatment, product or course. They cannot be used in conjunction with loyalty points, or any other discount or offer. They cannot be refunded or exchanged, or used to purchase other gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, after which time they will be void. Gift vouchers will be subject to the cancellation policy, in which case they will be treated as a cash sum.

CHILDREN
Unfortunately I am not able to accommodate children in the clinic. I also want you to get the most out of your visit without distraction, so I kindly ask you to arrange childcare prior to your appointment. If you attend your appointment with your children, please be aware I will have no choice but to reschedule your appointment. It will therefore be considered a last minute cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy.

Any clients under the age of 16 will need a parent or guardian to sign a permission statement prior to their first appointment.
​
PRODUCT RETURNS
I am unable to accept product returns due to health & safety reasons. If your product is faulty, I will return it to the manufacturer and provide you with a replacement. If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, which is not deemed to be part of the normal acclimatisation process, please inform me and provide evidence of the reaction. I will then return it to the manufacturer and recommend an alternative product.

TREATMENT REFUNDS
Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please let me know. I do not offer treatment refunds as standard, but if you communicate your concerns I will do my best to rectify the issue.
